I love that it's pretty fast (15 miles/hour) hauling my 264 Lbs self around. When I received it, it was easy to assemble, and the charge time was about 6 hours.What I don't like is that it cannot go up large hills, but then again it's only 350 watts, so if you want a scooter that's hill-friendly then purchase a scooter with 500 watts or higher, but overall, I am happy with my purchase!*Update*I had purchased 2 of these scooters and they performed very well as advertised. I bought the first one in February and the last one in March. The first one started getting all these E-6 errors and the 2nd one just stopped working right in the middle of a ride. I HATED that! I'm not sure what the story is with these scooters and their electrical components, but i would not recommend this particular product until they work out the bugs in the wiring and software.The scooter itself is well made for large people and it is very sturdy, but again be warned of purchasing one until they, the company, makes an effort to put an electric scooter on the market that has longevity and usefulness to the consumer. We don't want a product that last a few weeks, we want a product that last a few years or more.r

Update after spending several weeks waiting for a refund that I never got both of the manufacturer and Amazon seem to think that it's okay to not only sell a defective product but to then further go and take people's money and not refund them between this manufacturer's defective products in Amazon steer clear of purchasing this scooter or anything from Amazon regarding scooters they don't back the products and then they give you a hard time about refunding you your moneyAbsolute terrible product purchase this when there was a strike through price originally the scooter was being sold at $699 then was priced at 499 and on a flash deal for 319 so we purchased this scooter thinking it would be of high quality as was stated in the title in fact the box showed up damaged there was no charger no instructions and no way in the world to connect to the app on an Android device and the entire app seemed very very iffy at best on iPhone all that aside we put the scooter together and tested it out and it failed three times out of three tests didn't even last for 15 minutes even though it showed it had 2/3 of a battery when it arrived we contacted both Amazon and the manufacturer and seller and all three have been no help through the entire process I contacted and asked for a return and PS picked up the product and I have been waiting for a refund this entire time I don't feel it's correct for Amazon to take the product back and then take forever and getting me a refund when it's the manufacturer's fault that they sold a defective product.

I use my scooter for traveling to work to and back home and there's a big Ol hill in the way between and it goes up it quite easily. Course you can use the scooter like a kick scooter to give yourself a small window of momentum but other than that. It's quite surprising how well it does!8/10 Would recommend!

I have to admit, I was really surprised by this scooter. Surprised in a Good way,,, This is a sturdy scooter compared to some I have tried. The 18 MPH is about right. Maybe not all of the 25 mile range but most of it. Easy to put together and mine came with 90% of a battery charge. The takeoff is much stronger than expected and the brakes are like hitting a wall. They will bring you to a stop really quick, I had to warn my grandkids about the brakes and they agreed. I'm in my 70's, but my grand kids have been riding it and giving it a 2 thumbs up all the way around. I noticed the reviews were all about coffee and I took the plunge and i'm glad I bought this scooter. So far, All on the plus side and nothing on the negative side... wait,, one thing,,, no hooks to hand your packages. My garage produced a hook that works to my satisfaction. I remind all new riders, do NOT look down at your front wheel when driving, scan out in front of you while moving. You will see why when you start driving around on your scooter. RH

I hate the fact that UPS delivered my pkg as it arrived open. Thankfully all of the pieces were still inside. This scooter is great. I love the ease of assembly. Please check the packaging for the assembly parts as the instructions do not tell you the L wrench is in there. The screws are already attached. You just need to remove them and their washers to screw in properly. It comes semi charged. Never let the scooter get fully uncharged as it could damage the battery. Some people don’t realize that you have to put the scooter into P2 on the scooter, or second gear via the app to get up to speed 15mph. You need the app to turn on the rear tails light and front head light. Gave it 5 stars simply because of the quality is great for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Mine won't let me ride it. It turns on and the light and everything works but as soon as I try to ride it I get about a few feet then the scooter randomly shuts off. I've tried locking and unlocking it in the app and that still doesn't work. Very sad about it because I really wanted to enjoy this scooter. Electrical surge issue im guessing. Or maybe some geo fencing. I'm not really sure of the problem... all I know is that the scooter is un rideable.Battery is fully charged too and all connectors are tight. I think this company sells hit or miss products. You may get lucky and get a good unit or you may not.
