I use this on anything that needs to be repaired. When I got my first shipment the product had been damaged. I contacted the companies support not Amazon and within a week or two I received a replacement at no charge. I would purchase this item again. In fact I will purchase it again when I run out.

While I knew something like this existed, I did not know much about it and had never used it.A friend mentioned in conversation how great it was, so I bought some just to have around.I put it to use almost immediately once I had it. It worked great to reattach a mounting ring that had been soldered to a stained glass art frame. It did not work so well on a large plastic shroud over a 12" break. It was too tedious to cure it over that span, and it really needed a fast set plastic epoxy to bond the surfaces of the break, which is what I eventually did.Bondic is not glue (like gluing two boards together. It is more like soldering or welding things together with a bead, and it is very good and easy to use for that.

using it to glue together resin pieces works pretty well. easy to use, you can keep the mess contained pretty easily. will continue to use this.

To preface I was looking for something better than regular super glue. But that would’ve been better than this product. If you’ve got something you need fixed, please get a two-part epoxy for $2 somewhere, do not waste your money on this. I saw all the nice ads and finally needed something glued together so I caved. So, so much regret.Got this to use on a plastic toy, it did not last more than 10 minutes. I’ve tried it on multiple surfaces after my fail with the first though because I thought maybe it works better on other materials. I have read and re-read the directions, I watched a video to make sure I’m using it correctly. The only conclusion I’ve come to is it doesn’t not work great on any surface and it’s not a viable product. At least not to the degree they advertise.It takes a while to cure with the light so you still have to hold the item in place or secure it. Biggest problem is the product after it’s cured, one layer or three layers, cure it for as long or as short as you’d like, it peels right off like little kid nail polish. Garbage. I tried it on ceramic, the bond is weak. Plastic the bond is weak. Glass the bond is weak.If you need something glued together that you want to stay glued together, get a two part epoxy. They have ones that self mix and it comes out a little tube, it never fails.Thought this would be more convenient and I just feel like I got swindled so bad.

I ordered a kit and it arrived broken. The liquid had leaked everywhere, and per the manufacturer's recommendations, I threw it out and contacted them (not Amazon) directly for a replacement. It took them about 2 weeks to actually get my replacement into the mail system, and even longer for the package to get to me. I made my original order on November 29 and received the broken product on December 6. I contacted Bondic the next day, but did not receive my replacement until January 13. The replacement they sent me was a replacement tube of liquid without the UV light to cure it. I was instructed to throw everything I'd originally received out, as the case and the light and the tube were all covered in the spilled liquid. I did finally receive my replacement some time in late February. It did not fix the broken handle of my yarn winder. I could see it being a very useful and helpful product in certain circumstances, but it did not repair my product. I'm going to keep it and try and use it for something else, but I had high hopes that were dashed.

Works as advertised. Not good for everything but is versatile for many jobs.

What is great about this glue is that it is easy place and it is kind of like honey. You put a drop somewhere or spread a little where you need it. Then, you can place your part and you can position it and twist it and turn it to get it exactly so for as long as you need to. Then 3 seconds with the UV beam and the stuff is hard as a rock like magic. Crystal clear and sandable. It is used in optical applications because of its clarity. Set up instantly when you turn on the included UV light. It's like super glue only you have complete control over when it sets up. Wonderful stuff. It does have a shelf life so don't by more than you can use in say 12-18 mos and store it in a cool place. Best glue there is. 5 stars Recommended.

I have been using these for years and thought the new design was coolFirst order - broken - cracked light case and plastic loos in box- glue also leaking so returned it for a replacement.Second time - pressed the light button and it came apart in my hand! Defective.I wanted to give them a third chance but Amazon only offered a return - and only to a limited number of places.Now I have to return 2 items at places 5 miles apart - not too happy with Bondic or Amazon at this point.The goal was to take 5 minutes to fix something and here I am - the new light design is defective - not good implementation (I've spent my 35 year career designing products like this as an engineer) - not enough testing, stress analysis, etc..
