That product says MP4 on the back.

No seal inside or outside of jar? Shouldn't it be sealed ??

I do use this product and love it, But I can not say for sure if it comes sealed. Sorry

Is this the same guaranteed quality as what i would get directly from bella terra? it’s 1/3 of the original price, so i’m a bit skeptical!

I have bought this product several times directly from Amazon and it's the same product as if purchasing directly from Bella Terra. I've not received an expired or stale product.

Yes I use a little under my eyes. I use powder eye shadow over it to set it and keep mascara from bleeding
