Mattel Disney Frozen Character Giftset

I have been searching high & low for an Elsa magic clip doll (the one with Elsa's hair down that comes w/one extra dress). While they are listed in target, walmart and toys r us for approx $5.99-$6.99, it's always sold out. I did find an Anna magicclip doll w/an extra dress a mth ago in Target for $5.99 so even though I already own an Anna (with a different hairstyle), when I saw these 3 dolls listed for $12.99 (incl prime s/h), I immediately purchased the limit (2) so that when my daughter is on a playdate - both HER and HER FRIEND can be Elsa. Receiving Olaf was a cute bonus!I was sad to see that the $12.99 price I paid skyrocketed the next day back up, since I'm sure there are a ton of other parents out there searching for Elsa magic clip dolls..As others have noted - the sister's dresses are NOT the same as all other plastic magic clip dolls. The tops are not removable since they are part of the dolls and the bottom skirts are material (easily removed) and Elsa's cape is a soft plastic. As long as you own other magic clip dolls with multiple dresses, this should not be a problem since most girls like to swap out dresses constantly, at least mine does.Lastly, for those complaining the dolls are small - these are exactly the same size as all the other Disney princess magic clip dolls. If you are looking for standard Barbie sized dolls, these are NOT THEM. With that said - my daughter can sit with her princess magic clip collection for hours swapping out outfits. It may be a basic toy, but for the 3-8 y/o age group it's very satisfying,

I got the Frozen character set at a good price here on Amazon. All the dolls are very pretty and lovable. They are great for young kids to play act with and have fun. They make a nice birthday or Christmas gift for any Frozen fan but they should be played with gently cause I don’t think they can stand roughing up. The dolls seem to be a bit delicate. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it.

There are 3 Frozen characters in this set, and they are all well-designed, very good quality figurines, with great attention to detail, especially at ~$4.50/piece. While my family has seen the movie a couple of times, and we own the DVD, there are no huge Frozen fans in my house, so I have not been infected with the craze and think that anything related to Frozen is awesome. I am rating these figures on aesthetic quality alone, and not on movie accuracy, i.e. Elsa's skirt color, Anna's eye shape, etc. These figurines were purchased to be center pieces in snow globes, so I cannot comment on their day-to-day, child-handled durability. The Olaf that I received was definitely 2.25" tall, and the two sisters were probably ~ 3.5 inches tall. Hope that helps.

I'm giving these 4 stars because my daughter is thrilled with them. The dolls themselves are fine. They are exactly the same size as the actual Magiclip dolls, which are the only size my daughter is interested in, and the actual Magiclip Frozen dolls are in the outfits from after "Let It Go", so these are not duplicative, outfit wise.The skirts would be very nice - and they look gorgeous and the printing is nice and the tulle layer on Anna's dress is lovely, but Elsa's skirt was falling apart less than an hour after the package was opened. I would expect better for this product.

As other reviewers have said, this set is small, but that's what we were looking for. Ideal size for taking on trips in the car and on the plane. They fit well in our toddler's hands and she enjoys interacting with her favorite Frozen characters on the table top. I'm not sure how easily she could do this if the dolls were any larger. I appreciate the details in their clothing and the dolls faces are sweet, as opposed to some other "frozen" dolls I've seen.

My baby loves Frozen, much like other kids. She loves these little dolls because I only let her bring little toys when we go places so she brings these 3 and reenacts the movie. WARNING: Olafs head comes off easy, this is a CHOKING HAZARD. My baby knows not to put toys in her mouth but she is 4, any smaller children or hard headed children make sure to watch them while they play with them.

This is a cute little set for the frozen fan. My kiddos were so happy to get and act out the different parts of the movie. They spent hours playing with these. When the new frozen movie comes out these will be in high demand then so get them while you can. Will note these are the small figures with the rubber outfits so I would say not a good fit for any child under 5 years old or if you have very small children in your home.

Daughter liked them....wished I had bought the more expensive set as Anna does not stand up and the cape is the only reason Elsa stands up. They work with the magic clip dolls, but are not Magic Clip themselves. The skirts are made of cloth and this does not provide the support the dolls need to stand on their own. When put into a magic clip hard plastic dress, they stand well.

My neice loved it - she was thrilled with her birthday gift! They were smaller than I expected but I probably just neglected to read the fine print. My neice loved it nonetheless.

The set is super cute and was perfect as a cake topper but the description said they were magic clip dolls which they are not. The dresses are fabric and donor clip on. They slide on, very difficult for my 2 yo. They do not interchange with the other magic clip dolls as they have a raised wasteband.

We received the gift set earlier than expected. It was exactly as described. I was well aware that they did not stand on their own, but my 4 yr odd granddaughter didn't mind at all. she just loves that she can reenact the Frozen movie.Thanks very much.
