I bought this for my girlfriend because she's been wanting one for a while but she told me it makes her looks blue - especially in room lighting. She says it's very bright, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't give you the flawless effect when beauty bloggers use it. It's grainy when you use this product by itself - say, in a nightclub or something. You're better off just using the flash from your phones. It reflects well with another light source, though. Our bathroom is probably the only room that has good lighting in the house and that's with the lights above the sink. She used this with the bathroom light source and it looks alright. It highlights her face more and not make it look dull. Compared to if she was just taking selfies alone without the ring light - her face looks dull.Overall, I think you would need to use this product with another light source to get the effect that you want. Otherwise, prove me wrong because she will love to know how to use this light without another light source.

This is great! There are a lot of these floating around on the internet, but they are all the same thing. You might as well pay the cheapest price you can find. It works well, and does not make the high pitched squeezing noise that people have complained about on other versions of this. It has 3 settings and all are bright. I am really enjoying this product so far and am glad that I did not shell out for a Lumee.

I searched for the perfect light for selfies in the dark. I had one that plugged into the jack of my phone but it only lit up what seemed to be just my forehead. I love this light because it surrounds the camera which in turn produces great pictures even in pitch black. The light has 3 settings and they're all super bright. I prefer to use the higher settings as a flashlight instead of for selfies because of the extreme brightness.

I am a beauty blogger and I love this ring light to use for product shots as well as selfies. It gives the perfect lighting and the adjustable levels make it ideal for any type of setting. Seriously makes iPhone photos look as good as a digital camera quality.

Works good I still feel doesn't do the job like the bigger ring lights but good for price 😬

The white light can makes pictures look superficial depending on the atmosphere. Wish that it had a yellow/orange filter for more natural lighting when needed.

This is a great tool for selfies. Especially since most phones only allow you to use a flash after it's too late, this gives you great light
