Cheap little thing, but it does the job
One of the caps was broken in the package, one of the little clippie feet had broken off. Not surprising considering they're just cheap little things. I decided considering the price to just go ahead and pop on the broken one anyway, just to see if it worked. I have done several loads of laundry and it has stayed secure and intact which is more than I can say for my old one, the original equipment on my 10 year old Samsung top loader. Just popped it right on, easy peasy. If it doesn't last, the other one has all four feet! But so far, no problem.

Use a flashlight and inspect washing machine before installing
I broke the first one, so I'm super glad there were two. Then I got a flashlight and illuminated the problem. There was still a piece from the original one stuck in the old hole. Remove that with needle nosed and made sure I was lined up over the interior slot holes and pressed firmly and it snapped in without a ton of effort. These seem to be very similarly constructed to the OEM part so I only expect it to last a couple of years. I give it five stars because it is advertised as a direct replacement and it is. No better. I will never buy another Samsung washing machine again. They start rusting out immediately, and using such a cheap part here is just another indicator of the lack of quality in an expensive appliance.

Great replacement pulsator.
The original pulsator in my Samsung washing machine didn’t last more than 4 years. This one was easy to install and fits perfect. They gave me 2 but I don’t think I’ll need to use the second one. It’s durable.
