, u need to wait for 3-4 mins for temperature to stabilise and show accurately
I guess accuracy is good as I used in tempering my chocolate which was perfect , easy to use , value for money but takes time for temperature to stabilize and show accurately

Not worth of buying
It takes time to show temperature and that keeps on flacuating. Thermometer should show the accurate temperature in seconds and it should be accurate but with this product, you can not be assured that it is showing accurate temperature. I have started making wax sachets but unfortunately spoiled my first attempt because I had used this product.
