Here is the photo of my missing letter. The buyer asked for a picture but I couldn't attach it to my reply. So instead he or she allowed me to keep the sign and get a new one in the process. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Nice sign light weight and white board on back so doubly useful. One letter did not light, contacted seller and they sent a new one right away.Very Bright sign, came with chain to hang. No off/on switch you need to unplug but a nice long cord.

I bought this item long time ago. I used it less than one year then all the LED went out.It broke very quick. I do not recommend to buy this product.
