Good variety of recipes. Excellent pictures.
I am sooo excited to have gotten this book for Christmas. I had checked it out at the library a few years ago and decided I needed to buy it. I can’t wait to try many of these healthy soup recipes, not because I want to lose weight or detox but for some other flavors of soup I can make during different times of the year.

Great Reset for Holiday Indulgence
I made seven of these soups the weekend after Thanksgiving as a way to reset my system: Pineapple Kale, Black Bean Poblano, Squash Cranberry, Pear Soup with Cinnamon, Broccoli and Arugula, Fennel Tomato, and Peaches and Greens (for which I subbed mango in place of the peach.) Each one of these soups is full of flavor and very satisfying. I have a Blendtec and it made quick work of pureeing the soups. Some of the flavor combinations are unusual but delicious. My favorites are the Fennel Tomato and Pear with Cinnamon. I look forward to trying more of the recipes. Just for reference, I have the Kindle version of this book.

All kinds of soup recipes!
I skimmed through this book for some soup ideas. I haven't tried any recipes yet, but I do plan to when I have the time. There are some pretty interesting recipes in the book. Definitely some I would try and others I am not sure I would. If you're looking for a nice little book of soup recipes, this one is pretty decent.

NOT like the ones in the store
Soup recipes are NOT the same as the ones she sells in the store. These recipes are more like a base to start from.

Great Book
I have been looking for something exactly like this. I have heard good soup is for everything that ails you. This book has many delicious and easy to prepare recipes. The people at work are jealous about what I bring to work for lunch everyday. While I haven't noticed a huge wait loss, it is really not what I am looking for. I do feel like I have more energy and an overall healthy feeling. This is a great book and I recommend it to anyone looking for healthy easy to prepare meals. I received this book at a discount to do a honest and unbiased review.

Great Recipes and Variety!
I really like this book and the recipes. I think there are great varieties and they work for my body type/dosha. I need minimum dairy, meat, gluten, carbs, and sugars. I tend to thrive with fasting and soups are a big help. I like how the book is divided by season. I prefer mostly blended/pureed soups.

Most probably my favorite cookbook ever, and I have an enormous collection!
I have a huge cookbook collection. It is hard to impress me. I'm speechless. This might be the most gorgeous cookbook I've ever seen. I cannot wait to start making the inventive and unique recipes contained in this treasure trove for soup and juice lovers. The recipes contain tons of flavors like cacao or basil or ginger, often combined with unexpected fruits or veggies. Additionally, every recipe has options, e.g., how to make a creamy or spicy version. I had never heard of the author and bought this cookbook on a whim. What luck!
