Awesome speakers. Very happy. I only put in thr small KTP brick amp with my systen so I didn’t want to drive Type R’s or Type X’s. Very pleased for what I want and dollars spent.

Massive upgrade from factory. Very Hard to beat at this price level.
Huge upgrade from my factory speakers (obviously). I went with Alpine because they are known for focusing on sound quality in their products, and these do NOT disappoint!I was an installer in the automotive audio industry for a while and I've heard every brand and setup imaginable. In the low to mid-level range it will be very difficult to do better than these Type S Alpines. Excellent clarity and a great balance of tones.

Get these here!!!!! Twice the price in store!!
Great speakers, very loud, very clear!! I added these to my 2013 tundra, (yes the can fit in the front doors) and 6.5 alpine in the rear. I added a5 channel 800 watt kicker amp pushing aprox 75 watts to each of these and it gets loud, real loud and stays clear!
