Large breasted women beware
Only 3 stars, because this just simply will not work for me, so I am returning.I am pregnant with my second child and produce a lot of milk at night. I used the normal haakaa with my first, but only discovered it late on. I thought that this was a wonderful idea that I could pop in my bra at night whilst I am feeding off the other breast. But sadly, the product is just too small for a large breasted woman. I just know that based on the position of the hole, it is going to fill way past my nipple and then when I try to get the thing off, I am going to spill milk all over my bed in the middle of the night.I didn’t want to leave one star, as it is a good idea, made well and I imagine it will be fantastic for some women. But just not for me.

Fantastic
I originally purchased a madela version. Which was rubbish. As you had to hold it in place. This one sticks on hands free. Ive been wasting so much milk my daughter is 1 week old. Ive been loosing 60ml. Which is allot for small baby. So definitely a great investment. The reason why i have given this a 4x and not 5x is because it would have been better for it to be stick on rather suction. As this takes more milk out from the breast rather allowing it to naturally fall into the catcher. Which means less milk in the breast more bottle feeding. As breastfeeding mothers we want to avoid too mamy bottles feeds at such young age to avoid confusion. So sometimes i use the suction and sometimes i hold it into place. Either way its soft and comfortable all around better than the madela which is plastic.

Disappointing wouldn't buy again
After having this for a while I thought I would review. I have the original haakaa and found it amazing. When the new elvie came out i looked for alternatives as couldn't afford it and stumbled across this one. However I wouldn't recommend or buy again. And I'm so glad I only got one! It hasnt collected a drop. I have some collector shells that I wear instead of breast pads and they collect more than this does. Not sure why this doesnt work as the normal haakaa pump is great just not practical to wear while feeding as it's in the way. Good idea in principle but doesnt work.

Not impressed
I had heard alot of good things about HAAKAA, however I was really disappointed with this product. The suction was poor and it kept falling off the boob despite trying lots of things to keep it on. It collected a minimal amount of milk and I ended up buying a similar item from a different company which worked much better.

Not great
Does not work for me as a suction cup. It is ok to just sit in a bra and collect anything that leaks out, but does not offer proper suction to actually manually draw out milk. Plus it is small so nipple pushes against the wall.
