I'm actually really impressed with the quality of these resistance bands. And it's really convenient that I don't have to tie knots in it because my last set of resistance bands broke when I tried to untie. I even told my physical therapist about these band loops because I think they'd be way better for therapy!

My daughter was using a band like this for physical therapy. I decided to order this box for my basketball team so they could benefit from the same exercises. Bands were snapping all over the place. Waste of money.

Glue strip brroke during first use on one of my clients. Carefully read package instructions and cut the bands as directed.
