Remote for the ceiling fan worked perfect

This remote synced up to my fan easily. I took a picture of the fan dip switch settings on my phone so I could easily see the pattern to program the remote. The manufacturer discontinued the original black colored remote the fan/light combo came with so this was great to be able to find a product that was compatible and allowed all the functions to work (i.e. speed, forward/reverse, and both up and down light control). I'm not the hugest fan of the colors as it reminds me of hospital call button remote, but the functionality is perfect and I could not find any other product that actually worked.

I have a Kichler ceiling fan with a remote that looks exactly like this that is worn out. The ceiling fan manufacturer wants a huge amount for a replacement remote. I saw in the comments where somebody said they took a chance on this because it looked the same and it worked perfectly, so that’s what I did and ordered one of these remotes. All I did was put in a new battery as required, and it worked as advertised. No adjustments and no settings, I did nothing it just works. I saved a lot of money on this remote.

This is my second purchase of this item. The other one just gave out after a few years. I was more than happy to purchase another one ( and so happy they still make it ) to keep from buying a new fan. Works just like the other one. I did not have to program it ( just like the other one ) Great value.

I was looking for a replacement for my old fan remote that gave out and this one works perfectly. It controls the lights and fan speed just like the old one.
