Quality product
We love Ching's Dark Soy Sauce! We make Fried Rice with it and we also marinate chicken or beef in it. It smells amazing and tastes even better. A great value for your money!

Too salty for me...
Since I've never used Dark Soy sauce in a recipe before, I had no idea how it was supposed to taste. However, I found it to be very salty - overpowering other flavors in the dish. If I use it again I'll be cutting the quantity back significantly.
