Haws Indoor Watering Can with Rose and Gift Box, 2-Pint/1-Liter, Copper

This is a beautiful watering can. It's so nice I leave it out for all to see, and it always gets comments. It's very functional and the removable rose tip provides a gentle rain over seedlings that won't harm them. Money well spent, IMHO.

Die Gießkanne sieht nicht nur extrem gut aus, sondern erfüllt ihre Dienste zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Farbe und Form verleihen der Gießkanne ein absolut elegantes Äußeres, die kleine, flache Tülle rundet dieses wunderbar ab. Die Verarbeitung war einwandfrei, die Nähte sauber gearbeitet. Das Gießen funktioniert mit und ohne Tülle ohne zu tropfen, was im Alltag durchaus wichtig ist. Selbst die Verpackung war ein Highlight inkl. personalisierter, handgeschriebener Karte. Natürlich ist der Preis nicht ganz niedrig für einen Alltagsgegenstand, aber es lohnt sich. Ich würde diese Gießkanne jederzeit wieder kaufen!!!

Quickest delivery ever . I ordered on the Friday and I'm sure it came on the Monday , Tuesday at the latest . And it's SO PRETTY . I would say it's well worth the money , comes in a lovely little box gets you feeling fancy AF . Do it , buy the fancy watering can

This is a real Haws watering can made from quality copper nicely fitted and carefully soldered together. Because solder melts at relatively low temperatures this is not the can to use to heat water in. It is not a multi-tasker. It is beautiful and useful. The copper is not lacquered so it can be polished using a good copper polish or jewelers cloth and it will need to be polished periodically to keep its 'out of the box' appearance. I find the 2-pint/1 Liter size is the 'right' balance between useful capacity and comfortable carrying/pouring weight when full. The classic Haws design with a copper tube supporting the long, flowing spout is stable and sturdy. Water flows at a good rate and the long nose of the spout works well for placing water into the middle of a plant. The brass rose is also well-made and provides a gentle spray that doesn't stray too far from the edge of the pot or planter. As the manufacturer suggests, the rose is not best used on indoor pots and plants because there will be some over spray. The rose slips on and off easily. Good gardening tools give me extra pleasure every time I use them so I see value for the price in this item. The packaging in the picture is also 'a step above' in quality, being fitted to accept the can. A little gift wrap and you have the presentation that will please any avid gardener.
