I'm sure its two different sellers. Go for the single.

Q: Is it safe on keratin treated hair ?

NO, this is not safe for keratin treated hair as it contains sodium chloride and sodium laureth sulfate. Both of these are not recommended for keratin treated hair. But I stopped keratin treatments and stuck with this and my hair loss stopped almost completely and my hair is softer than before so go figure

Q: what conditioner should use with Nizoral shampoo?

I’ve never found it necessary to use a conditional with Nizoral. And I didn’t want to put anything extra on my scalp.
