Water,propylene glycol, dimethicone, cetearyl alcohol, Glyceryl stearate, rosmarinus officianlis flower oil, vanillyl butyl, ether, sodium lauryl sulfate, limonene, and linalool. Now, if you want to know if it's good...DEFINATELY. I use it over the other "heat" products because it is stronger, in my opinion. I have serious back and hip problems, and when I need help, this one is my "go to". I have had an occasional delivery issue, because it comes from the UK. I still make sure I always have it by buying it in 3's. I have not compared the ingredients...I just compared how much it helped.
