I am an absolute fireball, have migraines and can't sleep well in a room over 68*. My sleeping partner can't get near me. Living in FL, cooling the house or even just the room is expensive and honestly, impossible at certain times of the year. The jet solved everything, it's made such a huge difference. I chose this over the water filled ones because I did not want to put anything with water on my Tempur, did not want to clean anything with water, worry about mildew, clogging, etc. Plus this one was cheaper and easier to use overall. I was concerned about inconsistent temperature, that maybe only part of me would cool. Like the sheet side would stay cold and mattress side of me would stay hot, but nope - this pulls the heat from everywhere and I cannot recommend this enough for those with memory foam who sleep hot. I am perfectly, consistently cool all over. NEVER thought it would be possible. Cannot believe I waited so long. Sleeping partner doesn't complain of cold creep to their side, but said it is much nicer to sleep next to someone who is not a fireball, even the dog can lay next to me now and will even crawl under the covers like he prefers to do. I only got one jet because our theory was that I put off enough heat to warm the whole room / bed, and that turned out to be correct. I use it with the sheet, makes a big difference. Sheet is nice, thick, and good quality. Have washed it about 20x and still looks new. Good seams. I think without the sheet the air alone is only about 40% as effective, they are definitely made to work together. One thing to know: The room temp has to be less than 77* for it to get to it's max cool. But even if you can't get it to max cool it will still work pretty well. I think Florida electric companies should give us a heat saver discount to buy them, it will reduce the load on the grid, lol. This thing has saved me hundreds of dollars already in AC costs and has improved the sleep comfort for us both. I cannot believe we did not know about it sooner.

Yes it’s expensive and yes, you need the cloud sheet and yes, it’s worth it. I had frequent night sweats and after sweating so bad that I had to throw out pillows enough was enough! I splurged and bought this device and the cloud sheet and I haven’t had ANY problems since. In fact, using this device means that I don’t have to keep the bedroom any cooler than about 75 degrees which means that I don’t run the AC at night nearly as much as before. You have to keep the room relatively cool (75 degrees) to allow the Bed Jet to reach the lower temps 73-75). You can control the temperature, fan amount, heat, cold, “dry” function and even program the climate changes and then save three different selections. But really, I just like getting in bed, and putting it on cool and siting there for a bit to determine what I need before falling asleep. Even though I use the device for night sweats, I find that that in relatively normal temperature (75 degrees) that putting the fan on about 45 and the temperature at about 73 does the trick. They also have a iPhone app so you can ditch the remote. I went from frequent night sweats and smelly sheets to comfortable dry sleeping and impressively clean sheets and a lower electric bill. Over time this thing will pay for itself - over a long time. Again, it’s not cheap but it works. The cloud sheets come with a barrier so that the air only fills one side of the bed. This may seem like a nuisance, but for a single sleeper like myself, I get all of the air and it’s not spread out I’ve the side I don’t need. If you have someone else sleeping next to you they’re not affected by your settings. It’s not very loud unless you turn the fan up past about 60, which I rarely do. And, if you have another sleeper next to you, get another Bed Jet and let that sleeper control their settings. It can all be done with ONE cloud sheet, unless you have a sheet hog in which case you may need two cloud sheets. Again, this is not a cheap solution, but IT WORKS.

Like the other reviewers said, this is not a substitute for air conditioning! Your room has to be somewhat cool already but when the unit is on boy does it feel good! I like the fact that it is a sheet that is on top of me and not something that I have to lay on. I previously had a heating/cooling pad with forced air that cost almost twice as much. It always bunched up under me and defeated the purpose of buying an expensive pillow-top mattress. I like that the remote can be programmed with 3 memory buttons so I don't have to play around with settings when I am trying to go to sleep. BTW, my wife hated the cooling pad but she loves this cooling sheet. Your whole body feels cool at once and you have a lot more control of fan speed and turn-off timers.

OK. I have been using this for a few months now, and I like the air circulating to help keep me cool from hot flashes. However, the remote must have been designed by a MAN because there is NO WAY a woman would have designed the remote with those button functions or layout. This product is promoted for cool air relief, yet there is an "Instant Hot" function and NOT an "INSTANT COOL" FUNCTION. Woman experiencing hot FLASHES understand that we need cool air relief FAST and often for a short time. There SHOULD be a button to select high immediate air flow, then gradually cycling down to a soft, gentle breeze after a few minutes. Also, the buttons should glow-in-the-dark so we can select the correct function at night, not have to turn on the light to see and wake up our partner. I don't want to hear a "BEEP" every time I push a button, and neither does my husband. Another problem, is that the air speed takes a long time to "ramp up" and it is impossible to know what level/speed I am selecting. So, I push the button....wait for a response...push again...wait... get frustrated....push/push/push...wait...then find that it is too fast...push the down button...wait...push...wait...push...wait...etc. I spend half an hour trying to adjust the freaking speed trying to get comfortable when I should be able to simple select "level 3" and go to sleep. Is there a timer? I can't figure it out if there is. There should be, if not. One more thing, I want the sheet to secure better to the unit. The sheet pops off the unit whenever I kick around my sheets. Velcro might be a better option than snap buttons. This could be a 100% fantastic unit, if they made a few changes.

After reading mixed reviews, I decided to purchase the "King" BedJet AirComforter Cooling & Heating Sheet, Single Zone. The BedJet machine (a separate purchase) was purchased solely for me, and I was afraid that if I just put the hose under the sheets, my husband would get too cold, and I liked the idea of having just one side "baffle" with cool air. I use a bamboo sheet then the BedJet "Sheet" and then a summer thin down comforter on top of it for weight. It works great. I don't know why they have the word "Comforter" in the title. It is a sheet, a little thicker than a normal sheet, but in no way like a comforter. The sheet hangs over the mattress like a regular sheet would. It washes well and is soft on its own, but I just prefer the silky smoothness of bamboo sheets. The snaps fit around the hose with no problem. The cool air fills the "sheet" and puffs it up depending on how high you want the air to blow. I turn it on high to get the bed cool, then when I crawl in to sleep, I turn it down so it's barely on, but the air gently blowing through the "sheet" still keeps me cool. I don't know how the BedJet machine works without the "sheet", but I do know that it works exactly the way I want it to with the "sheet", so I recommend purchasing the "sheet" if the BedJet is for use by one person.
