Hylogy Digital Forehead Infrared Baby Thermometer with Color Alarm Function for Baby, Adult, Surface of Objects Measurement

I bought this in June and use it regularly as a home care RN. I have had basically no complaints since a few days ago when it suddenly started not working, it showed everyone as having a fever and then a couple of days later everyone had a temp < 94F (this is in BODY mode), I tried registering the product and contacting the company. SQL error when trying to register on hylogy website and no response from email. I wrote another email 2 days later and still no response. I need one ASAP so bought a similar one in another brand. Too bad.

Initially worked well, after 6 months of use in home care setting, it registered all temperatures as fever of 106 or less than 94. Wish I could return it.

Not very accurate. I get different readings from multiple spots on the same portion of the forhead. That is concerning to me. I need to know that I have an accurate reading for my patients. I started using a temporal and oral thermometer instead.

It works as described but is not as simple to use as I would like considering you are dealing with a sick person. I would not recommend or buy it again.

Product is so easy to use, quick, and more accurate than the other oral thermometers I've purchased in the past.

Got this for Grandkids. Easy to use.

I would like this order to be replaced. I am a nurse; I don't use this on babies. This thermometer stopped working 2 months after I had it. I would like another one. Thank you.
