Bought "This size fits most" and they fit me good! I'm a size 12jeans L-top and I have no problem with velcro they are comfortable and a great buy!!!

They Do make you sweat
So the arms fit perfect. The thighs go on, (straps close and everything ) just the “make you sweat part” doesn’t reach all the way around my thigh. So I just rotate how I position it. No problem with Velcro being bad.I’m 5’7, postpartum at 220 ibs.

I love this set only thing I don’t like is the Velcro on the arm bands are not that strong and keeps popping sometimes but overall a good buy

The velcro is weak
The velcro is weak..arms and 1 of the thighs won't stay closed. Even with hardly any movementThe material is good.
