Does the strip adjustable for the leg? because the picture didn't show how this would be adjustable.

It's a Velcro fastener so it's adjustable by how tight you make the Velcro fastener.

Is the pen holder reversible so that this can be worn on either the right or left leg?

Yes it is. It is part of the strap and can be removed and installed in reverse to get the pen holder on the other side. Good product and useful.

Good knee board for flying

I use it while flying on a regular basis. The only problem is the strap is too long for a guy like me with skinny legs. It slides more than I'd like. Might have to cut and re-sew the strap, wrap twice around your leg or pin it to adjust the length. Recommended.
