Why is Kai name not on the scissor?

Don't know why it's not in the picture. The pair I'm looking at has it. KAI 5100 Made in Japan

Are they good for plastic canvas projects.

There are really meant for lighter weight fabrics, like cotton. Canvas is going to be too thick ... and plastic canvas even tougher.

Can these be used for fussy cutting paper?

Absolutely! I fussy cut fabric with them. My favorite scissors!

Are these for left handed people also ?

I tried cutting into a piece of knit fabric with my left hand and it didn't work well. I would say no. I'm actually a leftie who has always cut with my right hand. Left handed scissors just weren't a thing when I was growing up and leanring to cut.

Great scissors

I love these little Kai scissors so much I keep a pair at each “sewing station” around the house. They have sharp edge and a very sharp tip. Note: Use caution with the tip, it will pierce skin with little effort.
