The media could not be loaded. It's easy to use, the purpose for which it's made is good but the durability is very poor. The quality, especially the foot guide is very poor. For only few days of light training the springs are already weak.

So far so good with this chest expander that fits into my routine nicely, it's not a bad price and delivery was quite quick.

These items really bring down the quality of amazon. Cheaply make rubbish springs lost tension after two workouts. Do not buy.

It's a good little piece of equipment, but because when fully stretching it, the springs get tangled on first go when closing arms closed again.I've found It's best for single arm pull-ups when standing on one of grips

Quite useful expander.All is OK.The only complain is small plastic stoppers on both sides of foot bar. Two weak and loose, they keep falling out, which leads to those plastic "pedals" to slip off aluminium tube of foot rest.

For the money this is a great bit of kit. Easy to assemble and use. Before stretching the springs be sure the clips are all correctly aligned. Great fun. Reccomended.

Gutes Produkt, leicht zusammen zu bauen, wenn man das will. Kann ihn auch ohne das Zubehör verwenden. Bin sehr zufrieden damit, macht seine Arbeit richtig gut. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.

Cinque molle richiedono molta forza (troppa per me) e ne ho dovute togliere due, ma questo era prevedibile e non è una sorpresa; per il resto tutto bene: facile il montaggio e comodo l'uso.
