What is this!? It came with an already perused crochet hair tool WTH!!?? Really!!!???? It wasn't even in it originally package! So unsanitary!!!!!! The hair,... umm is ok definitely not the best!!! They definitely need to do better!

The quality of the hair was good but i ordered #4 hair color and it was more of a reddish color instead... but I’ll make it work

Meh...
You get 3 really nice sized packages for the money. However, the hair tangles very easily and the ends look horrible. I had to clip the ends and detangle the hair before I could even start to use it. I've used several brands of this type of hair before and never had to work this hard to use it.
