Had to leave it out in the sun for 20 mins to let it open up

When these arrived, I was afraid these were going to arrive flat and possibly broken but when I took them out of the box, there was nothing wrong with them. Not to mention, after a few hours, they were a little more fluffier than when I pulled them out of the box. I have a big antique glass jug that I found and placed these inside of them. I wasn't sure how these would look but after awhile, I will catch myself staring at these and I just love how they look in my living room. Even with animals, they don't mess with them. I did follow the instructions of how to take them out of the box and display them. When pulling them out, I was outside and there was seeds and fluff that came off. I took a blow dryer while outside and put it on the cool low setting to help loosen any more that might come off. While there was some that did come off, not a lot. I then sprayed it with a medium hold hair spray all over, spraying from bottom to the top. I made sure I sprayed all in between too. I waited a minute for the spray to dry. Once dry, I gently moved these around and no more came off. Since getting these a few weeks ago, I still have yet to see any more shedding come off of these. To clean, I take my duster and lightly go over them and done. These really do look great and just love how they look.

I’m happy with these after all is said and done. It took a bit of maintenance to get them presentable but that’s just a given. I followed the instructions but couldn’t blow dry them outdoors so you can see in the photo all the little seeds it blows off. It makes a HUGE mess but I expected that. Only reason I deducted one star is because they had a VERY potent odor when I took them out of the box. It was a perfume-like odor so I wondered if the company sprayed them with something. It was so overbearing it smelled up the whole room so I had to move them for about a week until it finally dissipated.

Upon opening the package I was disappointed. The pampas was so crumpled and shedding. I almost returned the product. But I decided to put it in a vase and wait. I love how it looks now. The pampas fluffed up and looks so beautiful after settling for a couple days.

If you buy pampas grass expecting it not to shed then you clearly don't know what this plant is. I am a florist and have had many and it is a real dried plant so it will shed when you take it out of the bag. I shake it outside and then use a blow dryer to fluff it out. Once you spray some hair spray on it it really doesn't shed at all. They look gorgeous if you follow the instruction! I was happy my stems weren't broken as the shipping process can be hard on these delicate beauties. I suggest contacting the seller if you get broken ones, they will typically send you a replacement. I have also done this before.

These are very decorative. There is small feathers that are loose when first opening the packaging but it's nothing major and sunlight fixed the problem. They are fluffy and full. They are made well and look great in a large vase. They compliment any room and give it a very classy look. Great value

The product is smaller than advertised,I would buy two or pick from a different seller that has larger ones
