Yes, This is for one bracelet. Amazon Fees and shipping come to about 3.22... The bracelet costs 1.11 So as you can see the price is lower than the cost. We do this to support the foundation. What is the width and thickness of the bracelet? For instance, is it 1/2 inch or 3/4 or 1 inch wide? It also looks very thick, maybe an 1/8 or 1/4 ?

It is 1/2 inches wide an 1/8 inches think. I've had this same bracelet for 4 years and it's still in great condition
