One glass arrived broken 😞 and no spoons included like the one showed in the picture. But I will update my review once I heard from the seller. I’m not sure where to contact them.

I also posted a video of how the product looks after I take it out of the Amazon box. This is my first luxury tea set but I'm going to be using it for coffee. First time buying from Amazon warehouse a refurbished item, so I was kind of skeptical but being there's a return policy I figured I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did! The only issue I found with them is that two of the cups seem to not be glued to the silver part but they're still pretty secure in there that they don't come out. There's a bit of a smell so I hand washed them immediately and the smell went away (could be from the packaging?). These cups are beautiful and heavy, they're about 3 oz capacity when filled almost to the top, but that's what I was looking for because I drink espresso coffee, so it's very strong. If anything, I just wish I would have checked that you can't remove the cups to wash them. You have to hand wash it and dry it immediately, but that isn't that big of a deal for me. I am very happy with it!

Packaging doesn't hold the saucers very well but other than that nothing was broken. Very satisfied with the products, even more stunning in person. Purchased as a gift and I know my mother will love these. Very well made.
