Very nice pan.
The pan isn't non-stick like a teflon pan, but it's pretty close. I've used cast iron pans in the past, and none was non-stick, so I wasn't expecting it to perfectly non-stick. I use it mainly for eggs, and I think cast iron is the best type of surface healthwise. I make sure to coat the cooking surface with oil after cleaning, and I simply rinse it with hot water.

What Can I Say....It's a Lodge
Very nice pan. I already have 2 other sizes and wanted one for smaller portions. It works just as I would expect for a Lodge cast iron skillet!
