Awesome 75 gallon aquarium stand! VERY Strong & VERY Stable!
I looked high and low for a nice and sturdy stand for my new 75 gallon aquarium.I looked on-line and in brick and mortar stores. The pre-made aquarium stands available were either too expensive, not strong enough (in my opinion) or both.Seriously, take a look at some of the aquarium stands sold at the large chain pet stores. They are made from small square tubing. They do not look strong enough at all. Plus they are expensive!I looked around before deciding on this 48" Workpro table. A 75 gallon tank with accessories weighs at least 850 pounds. This table is more than up to the task. When I opened the box I was impressed with the quality of everything. The top is gorgeous! I received a perfect, blemish free top.The metal parts are heavy duty. Nothing is scratched. Nothing is bent. Everything lines up. All hardware was there.Assembly was straight forward. The wood top is made of very hard wood. I would suggest small pilot holes and a power drill / screwdriver to assemble this.I did wonder why Workpro didn't include an Allen wrench. I don't need one as I have a vast tool collection. I don't know that everyone would have an Allen wrench. No matter. Just be prepared to have an Allen wrench set handy when you get this.I did see a comment about the four little metal parts that look like corner braces. Those are used for protecting everything during shipping. They do not do anything. The instructions clearly show a picture of those parts and states that they are not needed and can be discarded. The hardward is good quality. The fit and finish on everything is perfect.I am not using the attached power supply, as 4 outlets are not sufficient for my needs at this time.I zip tied a large surge protector to one of the legs.Another feature that I never thought about when researching an aquarium stand was getting it level. With this work table I was able to fine tune the table to get the aquarium PERFECTLY LEVEL.This table is STRONG and this table is SOLID! It does not move or wobble or sway. NO movement whatsoever.I thought I might have so add some cross braces to provide more support. Nope. This table doesn't need to be reinforced in any way.The added benefit of using this table as an aquarium stand is that I will have a nice work table to use if I decide to take a break from the aquarium hobby. This work table is so nice that I am considering buying one for my garage.Seriously, the table that I received is furniture quality!

The WORKPRO 48” Workbench is worth it!!!
The packaging was good and suffered no dings or damage. After unpacking the bench, the hardware (screws) had come out of the small zip bag. I ensured I had all the required hardware before starting. 22 tapping screws and 8 bolts. All there. I suggest you give instructions a good review before starting to understand how the legs and side rails connect. Not super hard to figure out but recommended. The legs are already bolted. You just need to tighten after you get the side rails connected to each side. I recommend two people and placing the frame on a work table. I have two horses and a couple of boards as my upholstery work top. That helped. Make sure you don’t tighten the screws until you’ve gotten the frame and corner pieces lined up properly. Once you have the frame together, proceed with placing the wood top on your work table and then place frame according to the position tabs. I suggest you use a tape measure to ensure the frame is even on all sides. You will need to drill holes where the tapping screws go into the slots. Remember you have 22 tapping screws. Once you have that done, screw the screws just so but not tight. The other part when you tighten the bolts on the legs use the hex wrench and 13 mm spanner (wrench) to tighten the bolts on the legs. Once you have all your hardware positioned, tighten them. The table turned out great. It seems to be a sturdy top and legs. I’m using it for my heavy duty sewing machine. Haven’t tested it yet but will soon. The frame is good quality and so is the rubber wood top. Worth the money. I want have to worry about my table vibrating when I use my sewing machine or the table buckling under the weight.I recommend buying this table if you are looking a sturdy workbench. It can be used for multiple purposes. Nice looking top. And can blend in with your decor or it can be used in your garage or storage room. One other thing it does not fold so be intentional about where you want to place it. Does not come with wheeles.

Sturdy and stable
This workbench is sturdy and a good size for a project table. That's the main reason I got it was for the steel legs to be able to withstand more weight pressed on it. I do like the mounted outlet extension on the side of the table although the cord could be a little longer. There are a couple cons though.1. Adjusting the legs is a hassle. The legs adjust manually so you have to bring out the socket ratchet and an allen key and take out 2 screws each leg and then adjust to the correct height. I knew it wasn't a motorized adjustable height, but there has to be an easier design to adjust the leg height than that.2. Quite an odd chemical and even cigarette smoke smell to it, at least initially. Seems to be decreasing over the past several days.Overall I do like the table though and it will get used daily.

Really nice and stable, especially for the price.
The top is a composite, but nice and heavy and finished well. Assembly took about 20 minutes for me, by myself. Probably a lot less with a helper. Overall the table is very stable and has turned out to be an excellent workbench for my shop.

Solid and Sturdy Construction
This 48" wood and metal adjustable height workbench is an excellent value. Solid and sturdy construction. Very easy to assemble but quite heavy to move around. Perfect for an indoor or garage work area.
