Great Item!
It is perfect! Easy to setup if you read the steps carefully... all working COD Mobile, PUBG, Fortnite, Mobile legends etc.. Very fast delivery thumbs up!

Not working as expected
I have both Android and iOS supported devices but I cannot make it work after following guidelines by GameSir. It doesn’t work as expected.

Connects and runs smoothly out of the box, lag free, buttons can be modified using an official app from the app store.. battery lasts for days, approx 3 hours of charging lasts me the whole week of gaming.. Product Quality is great, feels like holding a joystick from a reputable company and not a cheap plastic product.. The only issue I faced was a sudden shutdown of the device in the middle of gaming, which takes a second to switch back on and happened only few times, but it still can cause a loss. Overall, I recommended this product to everyone. I would 4/5 overall this product because it could've been better with better button placements, and a more stable connectivity.

Amazing battery life
This product is amazing. Worth every penny. The battery on this is amazing. I went an entire week without charging after using it daily for atleast 4 hours.

Too complicated to use and Not responsive
Product is too complicated to use, For ios user it does not support many versions, The app provided by the GameSir itself has very bad UI and not user friendly. You only get to use it with limited game available in the app. For pubg user in India, we all know pubg global is banned in India so if you want to use it with Pubg kr or BGMI then it doesn't have these games inbuilt. And all the user tutorials are 1-2 years old for older products, and there is no direct assistance from GameSir to resolve your problem. For Android user you required Mapping adapter which is also outdated, I got one with box but not working so Be aware before buying this you are completely helpless if product not work properly
