I have been in an advanced nursing program for 2 years now. I am nearing graduation and my anxiety level has majorly shot through the roof. Aside from this, I have felt that for many years that I may have a depression issue...rarely feeling energized, stress induced insomnia, avoiding social situations, etc. I am also a newly wed and feel at times that my moods place some strain on my marriage. I have never sought help for my "problem", mainly because I didn't want to be prescribed anything (I'm not big on prescriptions and side effects.) I remember finding SAMe in the herbal section of one of my nursing books and recently decided to look more into it. After reading reviews from other people, I decided to go for it. I received it in the mail today and could not wait to take my first dose. I have read it can take up to 7 days to feel the effects, but I seriously began feeling AWESOME within an hour or so. I later took a second dose and now feel extemely energized and positively focused on studying for my final exams. My stress is magically out the door. I will definitely continue taking SAMe, adjusting the dosage as needed (I'm feeling like 2 pills were too much for my 1st day - I think I'll be too wired for bed tonight) but no complaints here because the great mood I've been in today is just what I've been looking for (for years and while in nursing school). If you are having the same feelings I have had - like something just isn't right quite right, do not hesitate with trying this! I am so glad I accepted the fact that I needed an extra "mental boost", and it's all natural!!! Very satisfied!

Ingredients fine but have to use a pill splitter so may not order again. Please reduce by half. I don't mind taking 2.

I couldn't tell any difference while taking this, so it wasn't worth the price to continue. Maybe it works for some people.

I like this product so much that I have recommended it to friends already and have more ordered. It makes day-to-day things easier to deal with and I feel better overall when I take it. I forgot to take it 2 days in a row and could definitely tell the difference. Bravo!
