Blue signal lights never seem to turn off, included hardware wasn’t really enough to mount it.. Dont use drywall anchors!! Anchor the center of the plates against studs! Use #10 washers to reinforce the screws, and this should be good.Two wire-caps are exposed on the power chord, looks a little cheap.I’m pleased with the mirror, i hope these blue control- lights(anti-fog, power) turn off eventually, or I’ll need to put this on a powerstrip for on/off

When you flip your wall switch, the bathroom stays dark. After you flip the switch, you have to walk in to the dark bathroom and then touch the circle on the mirror and THEN it comes on. Who would design this?I complained to Seller, and they repeated what I just said. VERY disappointed!Since our remodeling was behind schedule, we didn't know this until the return window closed. So now we're stuck with this mirror, which will be donated soon.UPDATE: Stars changed from 1 to 4. Why? The Seller has responded in a very positive way, explained their side of this issue, and been very kind-in word and action. Although they really were not obligated to do anything (final sale-return window closed), they issued a partial refund and profound apologies. More than fair-very satisfied

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I love this mirror looks the same as the triple price, easy installation, I jus modified the connection in order to use my wall switch sensor, and works great. I did a good research before to order this mirror, I ordered the small size and returned no questions, and received the next size. I recommend this one.

I give the install 2 stars, not because it is particularly hard. I also like they way the mirror mounts and it is very easy to hang and remove from the wall etc. However the screws/anchors that come with the mirror are horrible.Go to a hardware store and get a good set of wall anchors for like 2 bucks and save yourself the headache. The one they sent are impossibly cheap and I don’t know how anybody gets them to work. But wall anchors are cheap, the rest of the install is as easy as you would expect and the rest of the mounting hardware is great.

Well designed and all functions work perfect so far..The only complaint was the manufacturer decision to send out the mirror w/out a 90 degree angle power plug. They sent a straight plug attached via wire connectors, which will not allow mirror to set flush against the wall when plugged into an outlet behind the mirror. This oversight caused me to remove outlet box and shove it inside the wall to make room for the mirror plug cord. Better for everything if plug 90 angle.

I love my mirrors they’re exactly what I had envisioned! The only downfall is when you turn the switch on (from the wall) you have to tap the mirror itself you turn it on. I was going to use these mirrors for the actual lighting in our bathrooms but ended up having to order vanity lights anyway bc the light doesn’t turn on by the switch so it kinda defeats the purpose of having them in my opinion. Btw...we had a professional electrician install these. He said they were very easy to install.

Not wanting to spend too much money, but still trying to refresh a 20 year old bathroom, this mirror was the perfect addition. Removing the mirror that was stuck to the wall was harder than hanging this mirror. We chose not to hardwire this mirror as we have an outlet right next to where the mirror hangs. We also needed to keep the hardwired light that was originally installed for additional light when showering. This mirror has 3 light shade settings, but it's not nearly bright enough to illuminate a shower through a shower curtain. We plan to order more for our other bathrooms.

Bought this because it said it was bright and was a vanity makeup mirror. The mirror looks great and it was easy to install but there isn't any forward facing light that would light up your face to apply makeup its more of a mood lighting really. The light ring on the front is just a frosred glass that catches the LEDs that shine out the sides. My hopes were to get this and eliminate the actual vanity light but thats not the case. Other than that the mirror looks great I bought a super bright LED vanity light to put above it so my bathroom wouldn't be dark.
