Strong but works, pain relief lasts longer then other pain relievers. Rub in good and pain is gone.

Does a great job as a cooling relief cream

I use it every day on a knee and sometimes on my back. Takes away the discomfort very quickly. I have reordered several times. Recommended by my chiropractor!
