Will it work with wood arrows? I want to recover the natural feathers when the wood shaft is broken, do you think this would do the job? Thanks...

yes, this will work with wooden arrows. This will not allow you to reuse the feathers if that is what you're trying to do though.

How well does this work if you use a wrap? Does the blade dig into the wrap?

N ot as well as you’d hope. It leaves a sticky residue that takes some scrubbing to get off. It’s much better to heat the wrap with a heat gun on low then it’ll peel right off, even with the vanes still glued on

I use to use a box knife and a putty knife to remove fletch and glue but this thing saves me half the time and is much easier to use. It's so efficient and consistent at removing the fletch with a nice sharp blade, set at the perfect angle to not damage the carbon arrow. The blade is pretty durable, holding up to a couple dozen arrows so far. I was a little hesitant to buy because of the price but after having used it, I feel like it's a great value.

Only after cutting the fletches of 7 arrows the blade is completely dull, a sharp prep knife does a far superior job. I do know that there is 2 more blades in the handle!
