I didn’t expect a toothbrush to make such a noticeable difference in my daily routine, but this one genuinely changed the way we approach our dental hygiene. From the first use, I could feel how much cleaner my teeth were—like the smooth polish you get after a professional cleaning. I usually brush then floss afterwards to make sure everything is gone, but I noticed with this toothbrush there is no debris left after. This toothbrush definitely does what it claims it does. I ordered these off Amazon or from sprouts and I will never get another toothbrush again it’s way better than the Colgate 360 toothbrushes they claimed to do the same thing, but don’t come close to this. After just a week of use, I noticed less plaque buildup, fresher breath throughout the day, and my gums seemed healthier—less redness, no soreness. My dental hygienist even commented on the improvement at my last visit. If you’re someone who’s been using a basic drugstore toothbrush and never gave it much thought, this is an upgrade worth investing in. It’s a small change with a surprisingly big impact. My only regret is not making the switch sooner. Dr. Plotka is the only way for our family going forward!

I started using these toothbrushes about six months ago, and today at my routine cleaning, my dentist actually looked pleasantly surprised. She said I didn’t have the usual heavy tartar buildup behind my lower front teeth.She asked, “Are you using a different toothbrush?” And that’s when I remembered—I had switched! She usually has to pull out her manual dental tools to scrape off all the gunk (TMI, sorry), but not this time. I was in and out with barely a scrape. I am officially a fan.

These REALLY work. I floss daily and I 100% have less to floss out of my teeth once I started brushing with these. It’s a really brilliant design! I subtracted one star because it can be a little prickly where the tooth meets the gum. The downside of such great flossing bristles is they really get in the space where the gum meets the tooth and can feel a bit harsh. I just brush a bit lighter near the gums now to avoid that. Will be repurchasing!

I didn't believe these would be so different from my old toothbrush.A friend recommended them and I'm glad she did.These get between your teeth differently. It takes a few days to adjust. My gums were sore the first few days.I started using them because I had gone for a deep cleaning.

I ordered these in June 2024 and just started using one a week ago. I was hoping my previous dentist-made brand would hold out and be a great thing, but ultimately no. Jeez, Dr. Plotka's brushes are the best! Even though they are "soft," they are firm enough to clean well and I especially love that many of the bristles are long so they get in between teeth. Makes actual flossing easier. I am going to give away the stash of other toothbrushes I've been collecting for years, mostly from my dental visits, because I hate the toothbrushes they give out. They probably get them for free for promoting certain brands of dental products. I'm really picky about toothbrushes, so I have a big bag of "freebie" brushes. Dr. Plotka's brushes are a total win, much better than the typical brands. I will order Dr. Plotka's brushes and use them until/unless I get so old I have no teeth left. The one downside is the handle is a bit big for my hand.

Go to toothbrush now. It cleans so well. The smaller bristles seem to just get more from brushing over the harder bigger bristle brushes.

It’s impossible to describe how perfect this toothbrush is. My teeth and gums are in good shape, but I have a family member whose teeth and gums aren’t in good shape. We both think this is the best toothbrush we’ve ever used. The wait is over. The toothbrush has been perfected, no need for anyone to keep trying to improve it. The job is DONE! My dentist even commented on how clean my teeth were.
