The Little Book of Takoyaki

It was fine in the packaging but when I got it out, it was bend and damaged at the bottom. Definitely not worth the money I put on it.

I love this little book! Lots of great ideas for using your takoyaki grill for making items other than just takoyaki and ebiyaki! The recipes and instructions are clear and concise as well as easy to follow.My son especially likes the mac 'n' cheese bites! Had to slow him down from inhaling them! Super easy to make, too!The book is organized with recipes falling into the following groups: Asian Favorites, Breakfast Bites, Savory Snacks, and Desserts. Each section has a number of recipes for the selected type...and they are all well thought out and work well with the Takoyaki grill.All in all, if you have, or are contemplating the purchase of a takoyaki grill, this is a book that will definitely widen your horizons for the use of it. All the recipes use simple ingredients as well. Great value for the low price.Unquestionably Five Stars, and my honest and very hearty recommendation!!

I’m a huge fan of my Takoyaki pan and was excited to get this book of recipes. Lot of fun things to try (that are not all Japanese) like cheeseburger bites and breakfast goodies.
