AS expected, brilliant - even better than my old one (which lasted 17 years). Very much like the new shape, the pre-set programmes and new lid. Using it almost daily. Very pleased and worth the money.

Es muy comodo y rapido.

It worked fine for a while, about 2 weeks. Now we can’t use it because the blender doesn’t read or recognize the jar when we try to place it on top. Have tried everything, switching on off, changing the plug-in point etc. Three dashes appear on the panel and it remains there…..sometimes an error E 17 or E18 appears and that’s it. This is very disappointing, after having paid such an amount!

Estoy bastante decepcionada con este modelo. Se para mucho, no tiene potencia y es como si no llega a coger bien los alimentos para procesarlos. No se puede hacer mucha cantidad ni poca, por que los cuchillos se quedan trabajando al vacío. Rápidamente empieza a oler el motor como a quemado. Mucho dinero pagado por un producto decepcionante. Estoy bastante enfadada conmigo misma por no haberlo devuelto a tiempo.

From new, the blender didn’t work reliably. It only intermittently detected the 2 litre blending jug (it doesn’t work when not detected) and never detected either the 225ml blending bowls or 600ml blending cup. I decided to return everything, as this poor performance doesn’t bode well for the long term reliability of such a premium priced product. I will avoid such USA manufactured items in future and stick with Japanese, British or German.
