Gentle enough to use right up until morning
I love this sleep aid. It's very gentle - you spray a little in your mouth and in about 5-10 minutes, you start feeling just a little relaxed and ready to sleep. It's not a heavy sedative, so if you need to be alert for children or if you wake up an hour or two before the alarm, it's fine to use this. (I have had to wake up right after falling back asleep and am not at all groggy.) I use it to calm my thoughts in the middle of the night if I can't fall right back to sleep, and I have used it multiple times a night on fitful, worried nights. Tastes a little of alcohol, but not unpleasant.

Sleep assistance. If I wake up in the middle of the night are use a couple of puffs and seem to be able to go back to sleep very easily.

Didn't seem to work
Product came fast and taste great. But I did not get sleepy. It calmed me down but I stayed wide awake.

It mostly works but not amazing
I tried this sleep spray to see if I could replace my usual sleep aids (melatonin and doxylamine succinate). For the most part, it did put me to sleep, but it wasn't any better than the other 2 sleep aids I mentioned. and actually I would rate this sleep lower than the other two. Some reviewers mentioned that the spray allowed them to sleep through the night without waking up, but that wasn't the case with me; I still woke up in the middle of the night. The good thing about the spray is that I don't need to take it with water; just spray some on my tongue while I'm in bed. While I did like that the spray was natural and did work, I won't be buying more.

It's okay if you're half asleep.
If you wake up in the middle of the night, this helps to get back to sleep. Otherwise you need something else to help you. I drink sleepy time tea about an hour before bed because it makes me go pee which keeps me up. I take melatonin and B1 and use a lavender lotion to help with stress. I also do breathing exercises. Whatever you do, do bar take prescription drugs if your sleep problens are chronic like mine. Your body gets use to them and you will need another drug, then another, eventually you won't sleep without any. Try to alternate natural medicine and use all means. If you're stressed and your mind racing, you need to find ways to relax, exercise, do you tube yoga, breathing exercises, pressure points, oils, get sunlight, and very important try getting up earlier one hour to 30 minutes each day. I know this is difficult if you can't even sleep, but once you start sleeping better start adjusting your sleep cycle. God bless and I hope I helped someone who has struggle like me.
