Seems like it can be used to cycle while feeding the plants effectively
This includes nitrates and urea, so I think it will help the nitrogen cycle along as the urea breaks down while also providing the final nitrate product to help keep your aquarium plants alive. I'm trying to keep my old cycle going in a new/upsized 29g tank but currently all I have in it is some nerite snails and a ton of aquarium plants (and hungry emersed houseplants, basil, etc), so I need to add a lot of nutrients to the water AND maintain the cycle until I am happy enough with my tank's maturity to get some fish. Generally I add aquarium ammonia and a little bit of fish food to keep the cycle going, and also feed the plants with Aquarium Coop Easy Green and occasionally some micronutrient Seachem Flourish. The tank is so heavily planted, especially with the emersed plants and the Salvinia, that I struggle to keep the nitrates high enough to feed everything. This Seachem Flourish Nitrogen stuff allows me to directly feed the plants a little more efficiently without overloading the tank with micronutrients. I just repeatedly added a half cap and checked the nitrates an hour or two later until I got it at the level I wanted. Eventually I will figure out a good schedule, which will of course completely change once the tank is stocked, but regardless, this product is a useful tool for planted tanks.
