Interestin* and insightful book

Loved this it arrived yesterday, books like this are usually scanned put aside and thought about. Instead I found myself reading, page after page, then chapter after chapter. It is insightful and summarises many issues, succinctly. I especially enjoyed the Franklin chapter on success, the Spence on stillness in growth (mindfulness), Falecki, Leach and Green on PERMA and Reynolds, Palmer and Green on pp coaching for Health and well being. I was so impressed I went and got our Library to order it for a few of the courses I teach on. Well done to you all and thanks.
