Did have to contact customer service. Received item and it was broke. But they was kind enough to send a replacement and my hamster loves his cage. I absolutely love everything about it. The only issue I have noticed is either my cats or my hamster has figured out how to open up the main door on the cage. So I had to buy a small off and put on the cage door to keep this from happening. Other than this there are no issues the tunnels are perfect you can put them in all different shapes and they come in different sizes you can purchase extra tubes online it comes with a water a little bottle. And this is a great starter kit for anybody that has a small hamster like a Chinese hamster or a Russian hamster perfect size for these. If you purchase one of these and it happens to be broke contact customer service ASAP and they will gladly send you another one and you send them the broken one. The media could not be loaded.  You guys!!!You can make 3 different types of tunnels with this cage.It looks like an alien spaceship is on top of the cage hahaha it’s the coolest cage EVER!!Everything comes apart for extremely EASY cleaning, the quality- well for a mouse cage it is like a mansion haha so I’d say 100%.It comes with food bowl, water dispenser, and all the tunnels and the saucer thing.I haven’t found any leakage yet. It has a top door and a side door. Plenty of ventilation, also comes with a little spinning wheel for some mouse exercises haha!! This is perfect!! Now time to get the mice!!

The reason that cage is to small is that you’re not meant to use it by itself! Your meant to connect it with other cages! The only reason why I’m giving it four stars is because the blue lookout traps ammonia and stinks up the whole cage. And the wheel doesn’t squeak but it rattles. And the water bottle is junk I just got the lixit brand

My 10 year old grandson asked for a hamster for his birthday. He had looked through amazon for the accessories he would like/ need and chose this habitat. He and his hamster are very happy with the new home

My son's hamster figured out a way to push the side portals up and escape. This is a horrible design as there is no locking mechanism. You basically just slide this up and down a track and a small plastic nipple is supposed to keep this locked. This obviously doesn't work. He's escaped a few times and chewed a hole in our walls, living in the walls until we can lure him out with some food. Now we have to pinch each portal against a wall or a chair so he doesn't escape.

This is the second cage of this brand that I’ve purchased. Received mine with a crack in the roof (the line in the picture)- requested a replacement right away and have another one coming in 2 days. WAY CHEAPER (price wise) on Amazon than in any pet store I went in when shopping for a cage.It works well for my dwarf hamsters- Pearl and Ruby. They’re only 6 weeks old right now so the size is fine. but I plan to either connect another cage or just purchase a bigger one sometime in the future. For now, it does the job.

My daughter bought this to house her golden hamster, and he seems to love it! We needed a cage that was smaller horizontally as we don't have much counter space for it, and this unit was perfect to add extra space for "Goldie" above the cage. He loves going up and down the tubes, and the blue compartment on top is his favorite sleeping spot. It was fairly easy for my 6yo and I to put together, has been reasonably easy to clean, and has been sturdy enough for the hamster to climb all over! I would definitely recommend this! The only downside was the exercise wheel, which was the hardest part to assemble, but feasible, and also makes a pretty loud noise when Goldie is using it. We have remedied this a bit by shoving some paper into the connecting joint to make it more sturdy. See attached pic.

My little dwarf hammies love it and my mice did too. They have so much fun running through the tubes and hanging out in the little enclosures. Pretty sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. Just be careful not to drop any of the plastic pieces because they will crack and break. Other than that I'm very happy and would recommend it

Recibi esta jaula, la verdad la compre con algunas dudas debido a comentarios en Amazon de que no era facil de armar, sin embargo no tuve ningun problema para armarla, sin ninguna herramienta, en menos de 10 minutos. La jaula es de buena calidad y al hamster le encanto la madriguera. En general estoy satisfecho con la compra, me salio en approx 900 pesos.

Our hamster loves it!! We connected this to our other CritterTrail cage and it gives our hamster a lot of room to play and run at night! Just remember to secure doors with twist ties - these little ones are smart enough to learn how to open the doors! We even use duct tape to help secure the plastic doors on top!

La compre como complemento para toda una estructura de cajas con diferentes niveles para mis gerbas. Lo único que no me gustó es el material, les gustaba roer todos los conductos, y aveces eso de la su iones dificulta su funcionalidad.. Se ven bonitas, pero hay que limpiarlas con cuidados ya que aveces es algo tedioso desarmarlas.Cumple su función, son bonitas.Recomiendo mucho usar cama de papel en vez de aserrín, el aserrín encapsula el olor de orines y huele horrible por lo mismo dela estructura de la jaula
