I purchased this book along with the Cuisinart GR-150 Griddler Deluxe, which by the way, I am very pleased with. Both were to be a gift for my wife. I had a preconceived notion that this would just be another one of those cookbooks that would have only a few good recipes. Each and every recipe that we tried was quick and awesome, especially those with the boneless chicken thighs which we have a preference for anyway. But the beef, veggie, Mexican and dessert recipes were also delightful surprises. All were very easy to prepare and most ingredients can be found in anyone's kitchen. Even I can follow these well illustrated and well structured instructions, definitely a 5 star purchase for me.

I can not wait to try them out
I just received this today. So no i have not made anything yet. But it has how to make baba ganoush, a bunch of burgers, chicken and homemade chicken nuggets. I am excited to try it out. I have a couple george foreman grills and a Hamilton healthy inside grill. The baba ganoush came out really good. It is so much easier being able to make it with an indoor grill. I have made it several times now.

Good recipe book for George Foreman grills
A good recipe book, if you have a George Foreman-type grill, as the recipes assume your cooking on both sides at the same time.

High End Recipes
Nice book... but this is for a 2 plate grill, I believe. (It was a gift). I was looking for a regular indoor grill Recipe book. The recipes in the book are very complicated and extremely ingredient detailed. NOT what I was looking for, at all.

Mmmmmm!
Since I bought this book I have been using it 1-2 times a week. Every recipe has been outstanding! Most of them are very easy and work perfectly with my T-Fal Optigrill. I would recommend the book to anybody with an indoor grill.

Not for amateur cooks
I bought this book and had it returned. Though it has a very good collection of recipes, but the recipes presented are not easy to follow. I found them to be complex with many steps. But, it may be due to my bad cooking skill.
