Q: what is the watch size ?

It is a medium size men's watch. It is not real heavy and it fits comfortably on your wrist.

Q: Does it automatically adjust date according to month? Like some months have 30 days some have 31 etc?

This watch does not automatically adjust.

Q: Is this watch a sweep second hand or tick?

What appears to be a (large) second hand is stationary until it is used as a stopwatch. The actual seconds counter is a separate dial just above center. As with most quartz watches, both "tic" in one second increments.

Q: What is the movement number designation?

As that is located inside the watch don't think you will get your answer here. I recommend the watch though.
