Swift delivery of essential sewing machine part. Subsequently visited this brilliant shop in Lincoln where I bought other top quality, affordable, essential sewing items.

Just what I needed to stop my thread wobbling about on the spool holder. I bought a job lot of coloured threads which were unfortunately not made to be used in a standard machine. I have a Janome machine but this little device will fit most spool holders. You just pop it under the reel of thread and it holds it in place, so you don't have the problems of trying to hold it down and guide your sewing at the same time! Simple but effective. Some people have said it is expensive but I disagree. You need to try it!

I purchased this one to replace missing one on my Janome sewing machine. It fits well and is fit for purpose.

I inadvertently threw away the stopper which came with my sewing machine not realising what it was when finding it on the floor!! Finding this on Amazon was such a relief and it does the job beautifully - with the added bonus of being smaller than the original one so it fits into the accessories box much better.

This spool cap looked just like the one I needed but wasn’t tight enough to hold the thread. It cost me half of what I paid to return it. This was an item I should have just gotten from dealership and not online. They accepted the return with no problem though.
