You have to be awkwardly bend the knee and make use of assisted band hard but on the flip side its a bit easier. It would also be hard to overload with weights.-The neutral grip bar is where you would want to do normal chin ups or pull ups so your stuck with the wide grip or narrow grip.Still, a cheap barbell set, this pull up bar, squats, and push up you will hit most of the muscle group and save the commute to and from the gym. Its very handy for dead hangs and the convenience factor helps you maintain a regular workout schedule. You don't really lose much for the price and it doubles as a push up parralet.

They start to show wear and tear fairly quickly, especially with regular use. The padding is comfortable at first, but it doesn’t hold up as well over time, which might mean having to replace or adjust them eventually.Despite this issue, the bar itself is excellent and performs reliably. For the price, it’s a good buy, especially if you want a sturdy, high-capacity pull-up bar for home use. Just keep in mind the grip pads might not last as long as the rest of the bar.

I just recently started working on my weight loss and also trying to build muscle. I live in a small town and don't have easy access to a gym so I wanted to get something to workout at home. This pull-up bar was a perfect addition to my equipment.I could not be more satisfied with how simple it was getting this assembled. I am also super grateful it comes with these super adhesive blocks that go behind the bars on the door frame. It helps prevent damage to the door frame after continuous use. Another feature I love is that there are three different points of pull-ups you can do. You have the middle handles, the two handles that stick out, and the ones near the edge of the bar.It is also an excellent push-up bar as well. It is very simple to take off the door frame and put it on the floor. I am not the lightest person in the world, and this bar supports my full weight after continuous use. I use it every night and it has not beveled on me once.A very good and sturdy piece of at-home gym equipment.

I've been using this for a few months and it's great. It hasn't fallen on me once. I put it together in about 15 minutes, but you could do it much quicker., it only took a few steps to put it together. And all you have to do is just take it down whenever you want to remove it. If you're worried about not having a space in between your doorframe for the doorframe safety wedge, it holds up perfectly fine. Overall this is a great pullup bar for the price.

Easy to assemble, sturdy! I wouldn’t say it’s easy to remove, but it’s not an issue and given that it’s pretty sturdy, it makes it pretty functional that you can remove it whenever you want. Also the fact that it doesn’t damage the door is pretty convenient. Highly recommended

The pull up bar is great very sturdy and they include rubber squares to protect against damage on door frame. Although it may loosen up the top frame and end up breaking off. Honestly just make sure it is sturdy and a good frame to do it on. It can lead to serious injury. (like my own). Easy installing it’s nice honestly just a little dangerous

Bought as a gift for my 10yo son. He uses it enough that I can tell he’s getting stronger. Fits over his bathroom door even with upgraded trim. Easily holds me at just over 200#.
