Poor range
Bought for my mum. She finds the buttons and menus much easier to use than he old Gigaset phones - however these models seem to have a much poorer range, and need to be used much closer to the main base station (ie. the one with the answerphone buttons etc) otherwise the lines fizzes, crackles, distorts and cuts out.

Having trouble setting up this phone, did as instructed but the phone had a mind of it own, took me awhile to sort

Could arrive with German instructions
Bought as a gift & they had difficulty in setting it up as everything was in German. Spoke to a very nice guy on the helpline who was extremely helpful & eventually she was able with help to sort . Nice looking phone

Wasn’t able to use
Unfortunately this phone wasn’t compatible with my elderly mother’s phone line as she has a internet line with BT but the phone looked okay .
