This cream is a lifesaver!! You have to give this time to work it's magic. I am 52 years old and in full-blown menopause. The skin on my neck, arms and hands started looking like that of an 85 yr old so I knew I had to do something. By the 3rd month I noticed my skin started looking normal again, no more crepiness. As doctor's don't like to check hormone levels as they should (eyeroll) I had to take matters into my own hands. After extensive research I realized I was very low in progesterone. As it can take 4-12 months for your hormones to finally level out you have to give this time to work and be patient. I promise it's worth the wait! When I first received it I was eyeing the amount and realized after a month I was using too little. I now measure it twice daily and it's working better. You definitely need to follow the directions and use at least 1/4 teaspoon 2x daily to work properly.
