I bought this Ultimate Industries Pillow because the shape looks like it should work better than the other neck pillows I had, that are bulky at the back, and force your head forward which then spreads the sides. My first impressions were that the fabric and construction are first rate, very soft fleecy covering over a very supportive memory foam core.I used it on a really early morning 4 hour flight first up, and IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP ON A PLANE, AT WILL, AND BE MOSTLY COMFORTABLE (I don’t think you can ever be completely comfortable on a plane, the seats are too upright these days!).Pros:- The shape and support are really good. It actually supports your neck rather than just your face.- Front closure keeps it in place nicely, and you can move it about a bit to vary your position.It doesn’t get ‘in your face’ and you can keep it on even when you are not sleeping.Folds up super compact, plus other storage optionsSoft very adjustable sleep mask.Great value - being able to sleep on planes is priceless ( a lot cheaper than business class anyway)!Memory foam, you can’t beat it for a pillow.Cons:Like Henry Ford once said: “You can have any colour you like as long as its black” But I like black, so its not a problem.I typically use an iPod for music when I fly, to save my phone battery, and this pillow accommodates that really well, handy feature. The other feature that is absolutely necessary, is the front pop closure, without a secure way of stopping a pillow spreading, they become almost useless and this pillow has the most effective one I have used yet. Much better than dangly cords. This pillow looks sort of small compared to a lot of others, but someone did their homework on the shape and materials, to make it work really well.Overall I’m very pleased with this product and the company also has personal after sales follow up. How much did I like it? I’m buying 2 more for my girls right now!

I ordered this neck pillow for a long flight to Sydney, Australia from Los Angeles. It is firm enough to hold my head up without squashing down and the outside fabric is very soft. It also snaps in the front so it won't gradually "open" as the weight of your head presses down on it. The adjustable mask was also very soft and blocked out all light. I didn't use the earplugs. Both the pillow and mask roll up easily and store in a little drawstring bag. The only downside to this pillow is that it does not adjust for people with larger necks. It was quite tight on my husband and he felt as though it was too tight to allow for blood flow to his head. LOL!

I'm not sure if it's just me, but while this helped on my travels, it still wasn't that great. Don't get me wrong, it is DEFINITELY better than nothing but I guess it could be better. Maybe more sturdy for heavier head or something. It worked fine with my smaller family members but it just couldn't keep my neck stable.

Uncomfortable. I used it for about 30 minutes on the way to Europe. It is too tight around the neck and has a snap that connects it, but since it's too tight it doesn't snap. I took it off and put it back in its bag. It's bulky and takes up too much room in my carryon bag too. I wish I could return it, but that period is over. Don't buy!

This didn't work for me. If I made it tight enough to hold my head up, it choked me. Wasn't really big enough to cushion me head from the seat. My old neck pillow worked better, and unfortunately I didn't bring it along. I'm going to try another neck pillow style, but will always bring my old one along just in case.

The neck pillow can fit children and adults alike (up to a 22 inch neck). The memory pillow has a button closure that allows for 4 different closure positions. The cover of the pillow is removable for washing. The pillow itself is very soft and plush, but not so soft that it doesn't offer support. I have another neck pillow that is twice as thick and high as this one, and is actually quite hot and cumbersome (especially in the heat of summer). This neck pillow is just the right thickness and height to where it supports your neck, but is not "clunky" feeling. Because it is not as thick as other pillows, it is more breathable and does not get as hot as fast. The eye mask is very soft and comfortable to wear. It does a great job at blocking out light. The mask is also machine washable. As far as the ear plugs, I am not able to comment on them as I have not used them. I don't really like using plugs like this (as from previous experiences - most are uncomfortable, although I'm not saying that these are or aren't). Also, I really don't have a need to use the plugs as I have a proficient hearing loss. Overall, this is quite a complete set of goodies that provide comfort and relaxation. This items can be used for everyday purposes (such as watching tv, using the computer, or getting a good night's rest), not just for travelling.I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

This is a very nice, quality pillow and eye mask set. I love the softness of the material, very soft chamois. I also like the way if folds compactly into its own carrying case and that the cover is machine washable. The only down side was that it is just a hit big for me. I am a petite woman and I could have used an extra snap to make it a little more snug for support. It was a perfect fit for my husband. I recommend!
