Millie Marotta's Tropical Wonderland Postcard Box: 50 beautiful cards for colouring in

Love, love these coloring postcards! There are 50 of them with no duplicates, on very nice quality frame-able paper. Works well with pencils and markers, even watercolor pencils (if careful not to make the paper super-wet). Some of the more detailed designs require super-skinny gel pens or very fine-point markers to get into the smallest spaces. But, I'm ok with that! Especially since those more time-consuming designs look even more impressive once finished. These postcards are far better quality paper than the coloring books. I don't use them as postcards but as frame-able art, or else I glue them to the front of blank note cards. Fun adult stress-buster!

These postcards are perfect for when you don't have the time to start a page from the full-size coloring books....perfect for the holiday season. They will be the ideal thing for trying out new techniques and/or markers, pencils, pens, etc. As with all of Mille Marotta's coloring books, the pages are on heavy card stock and beautifully printed on one side only. They come in a sturdy box. Plus, the price is incredibly cheap. If you are a Millie Marotta fan, these are a must buy.

The illustrations are great! The card stock is nice and works well with markers and water based media as well as pencils.

Love these boxed sets of postcards by Millie Marotta. Fun to color and you have a finished product in no time!

Detailed, but not silly

I still really like the postcards and am pleased with that part of the product, but the boxes that hold them are not well made enough to withstand the stresses of shipping when sent in the simple bubble mailers or cardboard sleeves that many of the distributors use. I can't recommend taking the risk of buying these as a gift for someone else. It's a good product, but expect broken boxes!

Well I do love these. I also bought Tropical World (thinking it would be different) but when I opened the box, the very first card was the very first card for Tropical Wonderland. I haven't had a chance to see if they are all exactly the same, but if they are I will send this one back. I've already started in on Tropical World. So just know that if you are a big fan of this artist. They are not different. They are the same thing with a different title which is bs.

Il y'a un an de cela on m'a offert un coffret de Millie Marotta, et l'idée de faire des coloriages en modèle carte postale est tout simplement la meilleure idée au monde. J'ai donc à mon offert un coffret Millie Marotta.Voilà enfin une carte personnalisable à envoyer à ses proches. Les dessins sont superbes. Sur la cinquante de cartes environ 6/7 sont difficiles à faire, car trop petit. Le coffret est de qualité, ainsi que le papier utilisé (aucune crainte que les couleurs passent à travers).

We bought these coloring post cards, to help our elderly mum’s mind active and encourage her to write notes to her friends.Good therapeutic activity for mum, as old age has begun to affect her memory.

Another Millie postcard set that I am very happy with. And very good quality too. Again a bit more challenging colouring in miniature. But I enjoy colouring in this way. Also if anybody wants to send the postcards or even use them and make them into greetings cards which is what I do then they are definitely worth buying and using them for this purpose.
