Q: The pillow is hard as a rock. Used it for a month to try to get it worked in but it’s still hard and uncomfortable. Does it ever get softer?

Mine is very firm, but that suits me. I've had mine since Christmas 2019 and it is just now starting to 'give' a little. I've had others that loose their support after just a few uses so I was pleased that this one has stayed as supportive has. I can say that after about 3 months, mine has become more pliable but not to a great degree.

Q: this pillow has a very bad smell. it’s been 3 days & it still smells. what can be done to fix this smelly pillow?

What I did to help with the smell was to dry it in the dryer with no heat for more than the 5 mins stated (actually about 40 total). Then 24 hours under the ceiling fan. That reduced the smell considerably to the point of useability. I’ve had mine for a few months now and they don’t have a smell anymore. Hope that helped and good luck!
